The villa spans approximately 10,000 ft², featuring 7 oceanfront bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms. It sleeps up to 17 guests comfortably.
The nearest airport is Liberia International Airport (LIR), approximately 50 km (about 30 miles) away. The Point Luxury Villa is located approximately 1.5 hours by car from Liberia International Airport (LIR), offering a scenic and comfortable drive through the Guanacaste region. Round-trip airport transfers are included with your stay for added convenience.
Check-in / Check-out & House Policies
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Children of all ages are welcome. There’s no minimum age requirement to check in
Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises. As for pets, one small pet up to 22 lbs is allowed per stay

Booking Terms & Conditions
Yes. A $2,500 USD security deposit is required at the time of booking. This amount will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, minus any deductions for damages or extra charges incurred during your stay.
All payments made are non-refundable.
- The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival, or 90 days prior to arrival for holiday bookings.
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
The villa accommodates a maximum of 17 guests. All rates are based on 12 guests. There is a $100 fee per additional guest beyond 12, up to the maximum of 17. Additional guests beyond this number are not allowed without prior written consent.
The villa is intended for vacation use only. Parties, events, or any commercial activities are strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the Owner.
Guests are expected to treat the villa and its amenities with care. Any damage caused will be deducted from the security deposit, and guests must report issues promptly to the villa management.
No. The Owner is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses that may occur on the property. Guests are responsible for their own safety and personal belongings throughout their stay.

Booking Timeline
We recommend booking your villa at least 6 to 12 months in advance, especially if you’re planning to visit during peak travel times such as Christmas, New Year’s, Spring Break, or mid-year holidays. For weddings, retreats, or large group events, even earlier is ideal to ensure availability and secure all services.
