Your Grande Luxe experience begins before you even reach Tamarindo. Enjoy VIP fast-track service at Liberia Airport and a private transfer to the villa.
By the time you reach the gate, the villa is prepared for your stay. The fridge is stocked according to your pre-arrival list, from preferred coffee and breakfast staples to the snacks your children actually want to eat. The team will already know about dietary requirements, special occasions and the experiences your group hopes to enjoy during the week.
From there, you can set the oace that suits you best. Breakfast might follow an early beach walk, lunch can be served after a mid-morning surf lesson, while dinner is prepared at the villa when everyone is ready to gather (and you can manage to get the kids out of the pool).

The Signature Stay includes the entire villa, daily breakfast, airport transfers, concierge support and four hours of daily butler service. It is an ideal fit for guests who enjoy having a fully staffed private home while retaining more independence over dining and day-to-day plans.
Grande Luxe is the more comprehensive option, leaving you wanting for nothing. Daily butler service increases to 8 hours, all meals are prepared by the villa’s private chef, and the private catamaran charter and golf cart are included. It is designed for groups who want the holiday to feel effortless from the moment they land till the very minute they leave.

GRANDE LUXE PRICING
Grande Luxe stays start from $7,100 per night, based on a five-night stay for 12 guests. That means a five-night stay starts at $35,500 (about $2,958 per guest at full occupancy), before any applicable taxes or optional additions.
The package is deliberately considered to include the core elements of the holiday in advance: your private villa, staffing, dining, provisioning, arrival support, golf cart and catamaran day. That means once you are in Costa Rica, there are fewer individual decisions and fewer separate tabs.
