All SEVEN bedrooms are ocean front and have spectacular ocean views and charming patios where you can relax to the sounds of the ocean at your doorstep. Five of the bedrooms in this gorgeous Costa Rica private villa feature an indoor-outdoor shower that provides privacy while allowing you to thoroughly take in the surrounding, natural landscape. Enjoy panoramic views of the ocean by day and the stars melting into the twinkling lights of Tamarindo at night.
MAIN ENTRANCE
Upon arrival to The Point Costa Rica luxury rental, cascading palms greet you at the villa’s main entrance. An open concept hallway lined with water gardens on each side leads you past three ocean view bedrooms and right to the main foyer. Off the foyer you will find access to a luxurious and spacious living room with 60" flatscreen TV, state of the art kitchen and expansive dining room leading right to the breathtaking outdoor space and pool area with majestic views of Langosta Beach & Tamarindo Bay!
The Master Suite
The magical Master Bedroom of the Point Luxury Villa rivals the top in the world. It is the largest room in the house by far and has a 180 degree view of both the Tamarindo Bay and Langosta Beach. Comes complete with a front seat view of the majestic Pacific sunsets. Enjoy the view from the beautiful and spacious balcony as well as from the hand carved custom made four post king bed.
Use the desk area to write a postcard to send home or relax in the sitting area and help yourself to something from the suite mini bar. Impressive craftsmanship from talented designer Patrick Rey. Enjoy a soak in the tub or a refreshing shower in the incredibly spacious 8 spout shower. Features hydraulic lift Tv, automatic open/close curtains and a custom walnut walk-in closet.
SUITE I
This Deluxe Ocean View Suite is located right inside the main entrance of the property. The most spacious of all the guest rooms, besides the master, this suite has a king size bed and a twin bunkbed and can sleep up to four guests. Leading out to the oceanfront patio is a small living space with a comfortable couch, TV and mini kitchen which includes a mini fridge and a french roast coffee maker. Enjoy your coffee out on the patio on a beautiful Guanacaste table while taking in the beautiful sites of the Tamarindo Bay. This ensuite guest room features an indoor and outdoor shower and Mr. & Mrs. double sink vanity.
SUITE II
This ensuite guest room is also known as the 2nd Master due to its spacious size and tall vaulted ceilings. This suite is located after the 2nd entrance door to the right and features one of our luxury art furniture pieces, a hand woven Masaya rocking chair made by designer Justin Terry and Abril Zepeda. Enjoy your time watching the boats coming in and out of the Tamarindo Bay from the Moroccan style hanging hammock on the oceanfront patio. This guest room has a king size bed and can sleep up to 2 guests. This ensuite guest room features an indoor/outdoor shower and spacious Mr. & Mrs. double sink vanity.
SUITE III
The third ensuite guest room is located after the 2 nd entrance door to the left (1 st floor). This guest room also features one of our luxury art furniture pieces, a multi-colored hand woven Masaya rocking chair made by designer Justin Terry and Abril Zepeda. The bedroom has a TV and your choice of 2 twin beds as shown here in the photo OR a King bed depending on the dynamics of the group. Enjoy the view from the patio of the beautiful Costa Rica sun setting over Langosta Beach. This ensuite guest rooms feature an indoor/outdoor shower and spacious Mr. & Mrs. double sink vanity.
SUITE IV
This ensuite guest room is located after the 2nd entrance door to the left and due to being on the 2nd floor, boasts an incredible ocean view from the Langosta Beach side of the property. This guest room has a king size bed, TV and features one of our 3rd brightly colored, hand woven Masaya rocking chairs. All ensuite guest rooms feature an indoor/outdoor shower and spacious Mr. & Mrs. double sink vanity.
This Suite can be fitted with a king size bed as shown on the pictures or a double twin size beds depending on your group dynamics.
SUITE V
This ensuite guest room is located inside the main house on the 2nd floor directly next to the master bedroom and is the perfect location to put any little ones or solo travelers. Definitely the kids room with the best view! This room can feature a 1 solo twin bed and a set of twin bunk beds and can sleep up to 3 guests or fit a king size bed if the group dynamics requires it . This ensuite bathroom has an indoor shower and single sink vanity.
SUITE VII
Suite 7, also known as the "Beach Room", is located closest to the beach, down below the pool area. This room can comfortably sleep 2 guests in a king size bed or 2 twin size beds. It`s ensuite bathroom has an indoor shower and single sink vanity.
TV SALA & LIVING ROOM
The living room and TV Sala of the Point oozes luxury with parallel custom made leather sofas, double sitting chairs and a 60” Television.
STATE OF THE ART KITCHEN
The Point boasts a fully equipped professional grade kitchen with granite countertops, high end appliances and every culinary convenience. The kitchen is fully stocked and features two gas stoves, two large refrigerators, two dishwashers, 2 moveable bar stations, 2 wine coolers, filtered cold, sparkling and hot water dispenser, a large outdoor BBQ grill, a commercial style smoker and a small service kitchen.
THE DINING ROOM
When it’s time to dine, enjoy all of the villa meals in the dining area surrounded by spectacular ocean views. The impressive custom made single tree Guanacaste dining table is where belly’s are fed while conversations are shared of the magical vacation memories being made here at The Point, ask about the LIMITLESS Luxury Service which includes all delicious meals prepared by the villa’s executive chef.
OUTDOOR DINING & BBQ
The outdoor kitchen area features a gas barbecue, an outdoor dining table and a commercial grade smoker. Where all meals can be enjoyed in full view of the Pacific.
POOLSIDE & FIRESIDE
Beautiful palms, fruit trees and a majestic Bismarck create an atmosphere that respects the Costa Rica heritage of the landscape.The large infinity pool between the beach and the house offers a refreshing respite from the midday heat as it appears to melt into the Pacific. The pool deck features comfortable lounge chairs, and a wonderfully shady Gazebo.
Right around dusk as the sun starts to slip into the Pacific the staff will light the fire torches around the pool and the fireplace, creating a truly magical ambiance.
