This month, we’re excited to highlight three members of The Point’s family, integral to the creation of our villa’s exceptional experiences: Hellen, our Housekeeper, Angel, our Butler and Lili, our Concierge. Meet The Point’s Housekeeper – Hellen Moraga Carrera
Hellen Moraga Carrera has always been a dreamer and a hard worker. She has been with us for around eight months and was originally drawn to The Point by her high expectations for the company. Let’s just say that mutual high expectations have been wholeheartedly met! Hellen loves challenges and is committed to excellence, so it was always meant to be a match made in hospitality-heaven.
Hellen finds great satisfaction in her daily tasks, no matter how elaborate or mundane they might be. Unsurprisingly, Hellen finds working at The Point to be relaxing – her job brings her abundant peace and tranquility. Having daily interactions with guests is one of the aspects of the job that Hellen finds most rewarding. She enjoys helping them and enhancing their stay, always greeting them with a beaming smile.
We love the fact that Hellen is such a people-person and we know that she genuinely brings so much care and passion to her work.

Hellen absolutely cherishes working with her colleagues Karla and Dilma, whom she considers “soulmates.” Together, they work tirelessly to enhance their service and ensure smooth operations, day in, day out. Every guest has had a profound impact on Hellen. What she enjoys most, however, is welcoming stressed out families and witnessing the peace and calm that washes over them as they settle into the villa.
Meet The Point’s Butler – Angel Aular
Angel Aular, a Venezuelan native, has been part of The Point family for over two years now. With a natural knack for connecting with others, Angel thrives on the chance to interact with the diverse array of guests we welcome here at The Point from every corner of the globe. He finds genuine joy in learning about new cultures and customizes his service to truly embrace this diversity.
A typical day for Angel starts early. He greets guests, checks the house for supplies and cleanliness, and coordinates with service providers. Angel lights the torches for sunset and prepares his by-now famous custom cocktails, adding a touch of magic to every stay. The jalapeño margarita is a guest favorite, along with the fresh pineapple piña colada, made with a secret ingredient he won’t even reveal to us!
Angel’s time with us is filled with cherished memories, like when guests jokingly expressed the desire to take him home (though we wouldn’t part with him so easily!) or when he was graciously invited to join families for meals, truly becoming a part of their unforgettable moments. We distinctly recall the first time Angel was embraced into a family’s dinner at the villa – it was a defining moment affirming that we had discovered the ideal Butler for The Point.
Meet The Point’s Concierge – Lili Garcia
Lili Garcia, the vivacious concierge at The Point Luxury Villa, has been with the team for five months. After years in real estate, Lili craved something different and set her eyes on working in a luxury property just like The Point. What sealed the deal was the friendship she’d nurtured with The Point’s owners – making the jump from property agent to Concierge was effortless for Lili. She fell in love with the property the moment she set her eyes on it.
Lili’s days are filled with a variety of challenges and wonderful interactions, yet the one constant she has noticed is the inherent positivity from the staff at The Point, and all the villa’s guests. When you work and stay in paradise, she says, how could you not be happy? Lili’s dedication shines through in her love for the stunning environment and the strong human connections she fosters with our guests.
Alongside her fellow crew, it’s Lili’s commitment to world-class service that makes The Point not just a luxury destination but a welcoming home away from home.
